Rates

The following rates are for private mediations and do not apply to mediations arranged through a Court program or other mediation panel.

Rates for a full day include up to 10 hours, with one hour reserved for preparation time.
The rate for a full day mediation is $3,000.
Full day mediations are typically from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Rates for a half-day include up to 5 hours, with one hour reserved for preparation time.
The rate for a half-day is $1,500.
Half-day mediations typically begin at 9:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m.

No other charges

There are no administrative fees.
There are no additional fees for Saturday mediations.
There are no charges for travel time within California.
Cari serves Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego counties. However, special arrangements can be made for travel to other locations.

Mediations usually are conducted at local court reporting firms with no additional charges to the parties. However, mediations may be conducted at counsel’s office with the agreement of opposing counsel.

Continuation – Cancellation Policy

Dates tentatively reserved are not deemed confirmed until payment is received in full. Pre-paid fees are fully refundable until seven days before the reserved date. Cancellations with less than seven days notice will be charged 50% of the pre-paid fee.
There are no fees to reschedule the mediation, so long as notice is given 24 hours prior to the reserved date.
